We think about the first impression a room makes, what draws people together, and how the atmosphere changes as the evening goes on. Flowers, lighting, and performers can transform a space. Scent, texture, and food give it depth.
Our clients include high-net-worth families and public figures. Discretion is part of how we work. We establish privacy expectations from the outset and brief our partners accordingly.

A proposal, an elopement, and a wedding ask different things of a planner. All three call for experience, judgment, discretion, and access to Paris’s finest venues and vendors we know firsthand.
We also plan milestone birthdays, anniversaries, bat and bar mitzvah celebrations, and private occasions in Paris and around the world, from an evening for two to a gathering of family and friends.
Proposal Planning
Luxury marriage proposal planning in Paris, from private Eiffel Tower terraces and Seine yachts to museums after hours and French châteaux. We also plan proposals worldwide. We start with her, then plan the day: the cover story, where you propose, your first dinner as fiancés, and where you spend that night. It might mean a quiet rooftop and a single harpist, or arriving by helicopter at a château with fireworks, rare champagne, and family waiting just out of sight. Elopement Planning

Destination wedding planning in Paris and across France, from intimate weddings to large multi-day productions. We often begin more than a year ahead, so guests can arrange their travel while we secure the venues, room blocks, entertainment & performers, and transport. We give the days around the wedding the same care, from the welcome dinner to the goodbye brunch. Your guests can settle in, get to know one another, and enjoy being here with you.

Planning and design
Your priorities, taste, cultural considerations, and budget guide the ideas we bring to you. We plan the venue, design, music, food, transport, photography, film, and timing together, thinking about what you and your guests will experience throughout the celebration.
We recommend where restraint is the better choice and where scale will make a real difference. We explain what is worth investing in and what would simply add cost.
Access to Paris’s best venues and vendors
Venues and vendors trust us because we arrive prepared, communicate clearly, and give talented people what they need to do their best work. That trust can mean starting setup before a museum or château closes to the public, securing tables that are usually booked weeks ahead, or arranging private boutique appointments most clients would not be offered on their own.
The right vendor team
The best-known vendor is not automatically the right fit. Two filmmakers may have similar reputations and fees, yet make very different films. One family may prefer an all-female team; another may need several languages spoken during the event.
We consider artistic style, temperament, cultural fit, discretion, budget, and what the production requires. Our recommendations are based on you and your event.
Privacy and discretion
We give vendors clear confidentiality instructions and share surprise details only with those who need them. When required, NDAs extend to editing, printing, and album-production teams.
Some clients want complete privacy; others welcome press coverage and editorial features. We publish only with their written approval.
Judgment under pressure
Paris does not pause for your event. A state visit closes roads, a film crew takes over the quay, and the weather turns. Vendors fall ill.
We prepare alternatives, assess what has changed, and keep the right people informed before they need to act. The problem-solving stays with us.
How It Works
A proposal may come together in weeks; wedding planning often begins more than a year ahead. The first steps are the same.
01. Send your inquiry
Tell us what you are planning, your preferred dates, guest count, and budget. If it looks like a fit, we arrange a complimentary consultation with the planner best suited to your event.
02. The consultation
We discuss your priorities, ideas, and how you want the celebration to feel. You learn how we work and what full-service planning covers. Concept development begins once the agreement is signed and the retainer is paid.
03. Make it official
The agreement and retainer confirm your booking with us. We then send a questionnaire for your event, giving you space to explain your preferences and what matters most.
04. The kick-off call
Your answers guide our first planning conversation. We discuss the initial ideas, set priorities, and agree on what happens next.
05. Plan and build
We research venues and vendors, develop the design, and coordinate production. For weddings, we also arrange venue visits, tastings, trials, and guest logistics. You receive clear recommendations and approve venue and vendor costs before we confirm them.
06. Enjoy your celebration
Your lead planner directs the team, keeps essential timings precise, and makes room when you want more time for portraits or with your guests. If a change affects costs or reservations, we explain it discreetly and let you decide.
For weddings, we look after the surrounding events and your guests. That can include restaurant bookings, airport transfers, and someone to call when they need help. After a proposal, we handle the teardown. You have a first evening as fiancés to enjoy.

Who We Are
We’re a woman-led 
team of wedding, 
proposal, and elopement planners in Paris. This city 
is our home and creative 
playground.
Paris gives us architecture, cuisine, art, history, fashion, and enough possibilities to keep us curious. We love what we do, and some of our best ideas arrive while we are packing welcome bags in the wee hours.
Founded in Paris in 2013, Kiss Me in Paris made planning its principal focus in 2017. Photography and film remain part of the company, and much of the imagery on this website is our own work.

I lead the creative direction of our celebrations, helping couples choose the setting, shape the budget and bring the right people together. When a senior planner leads on site, I remain responsible for the quality of our work.
My route to Paris took me from Montego Bay through the Wharton School and the trading floors of Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. It taught me to stay calm, assess choices and make considered decisions.
I begin by learning what matters to you and your families, beyond the first ideas or photographs you share. We develop the celebration together, from how the room feels to how your guests are welcomed. Meet Chantelle.

Questions We Hear First
Who will we be working with?
You work with a named lead planner, supported by a team sized to your event.
Planning is available in English and French, and in Russian with Nadia. Nadia can also assist in basic Spanish.
We choose your planner according to the scope, date, language needs, and fit. We confirm your lead planner and working language before booking. Once assigned, she remains your main contact throughout planning and the event. You have her direct WhatsApp and always know who is responsible.
Can we plan the entire event from abroad?
Yes. Proposals, elopements, and weddings can all be planned entirely from abroad. We work over WhatsApp, video calls, email, or phone, whichever suits you. There is no required number of trips.
Most wedding couples come to Paris for venue visits, tastings, beauty trials, vendor meetings, and gown fittings. We group appointments to make good use of your time.
When you cannot come, we visit venues and meet vendors on your behalf, sharing notes, photographs, and video.
How far in advance should we plan?
There is no fixed minimum, but earlier planning gives you more choice. Wedding planning often begins more than a year ahead. For proposals and elopements, a few weeks or months give us time to secure venues and vendors and develop the personal details.
We have produced a private Shangri-La Paris proposal the day after the first message came in. That turnaround was exceptional and depended on availability.
Tell us your date, however close it is. We will give you an honest view of what can still be done.
What are my options for an Eiffel Tower proposal?
You can choose a private rooftop, a palace-hotel terrace, a Seine yacht, or a public viewpoint with a clear Eiffel Tower view.
Private settings give us greater control over access, privacy, music, design, photography, and the weather plan. Public locations generally cost less, but you share them with other visitors.
For an evening proposal, we can plan the question or your first toast around the Tower’s sparkle.
How much does a Paris proposal cost?
The total depends on the venue or location, privacy, design, entertainment, and guest arrangements. A public viewpoint with photography usually costs less than a private rooftop, palace terrace, yacht, or château production.
Our full-service proposal planning fee starts at €1,200 or 15% of the budget under management, whichever is greater. Venue and vendor costs are separate.
Our prepared proposal packages start at €5,500, with a coordinator or planner. Your chosen experience, date and agreed options determine the final quote.
How are your planning fees structured?

The planning fee covers concept development, budget management, vendor research and negotiation, schedules, and event-day coordination.
For full-service planning, venue, flowers, entertainment, photography, film, transport, dining, and accommodation are quoted separately. You approve those costs before we confirm them.
Do you plan events outside Paris?
Yes. Our Paris-based team plans marriage proposals worldwide, along with weddings and other events across France and selected destinations abroad.
In France, our experience includes Provence, the Côte d’Azur, and château destinations. Abroad, we have planned proposals in Venice, Santorini, Cappadocia, Aspen, and London, as well as events at Lake Como and Lake Garda. We have also planned weddings in San Francisco and Darwin, Australia.

How do you protect the surprise and keep our event private?
We share surprise details only with the people who need them. We publish photographs, films, and event details only with your written permission.
For a surprise, the WhatsApp group gets a neutral name, confirmations go to an email address you choose, and arrivals are coordinated so nothing gives the proposal away.
Everyone involved receives confidentiality instructions, and formal NDAs are available when required.
