Kiss Me in Paris plans, designs, and produces luxury marriage proposals, elopements, and destination weddings in Paris, across France, and beyond. Full-service means exactly that: the concept, budget, venue search, contracts, permits, vendor team, chauffeured transport, and on-site direction. Across time zones, you always know what has been decided, what it costs, and what needs your input. We plan in English, French, Spanish, and Russian.

Most of the work happens before you ever board a plane, and the run of show is timed to the minute, entrances and handoffs included. A proposal can be built entirely from abroad; a wedding usually brings you to Paris for the venue visits, tastings, and fittings worth doing in person. You make the personal decisions and lean on our local expertise for the rest, while your lead planner directs the full team on the ground.

Since 2013, we have produced more than 1,500 events. We account for privacy, access windows, weather contingencies, Paris traffic, sunset timing, and the logistics guests never see. We know the venues—their rules, capacities, sound curfews, and loading procedures—and which professionals stay calm under pressure and deliver.

Questions couples ask

What makes Kiss Me in Paris different from other Paris event planners?

We have produced more than 1,500 proposals, weddings and elopements in Paris since 2013, and we have been interviewed about them by CNN, Reuters and AFP. The work is planned from wherever you live, in your time zone, with the venue, the vendors and the production handled by our own team in Paris. When a proposal needs a cover story, or a wedding needs three coaches back to Paris at one, three and five in the morning, it has been done here before.

Do you work with clients who don’t speak French?

Yes. Nearly all of our clients live outside France. We plan in English, French, Russian and Spanish, and we can take your first inquiry in Portuguese, German, Turkish, Vietnamese or Filipino. Conversations with Paris venues, vendors and officials are ours to have in French; your budgets, timelines and schedules stay in your language.

How does the planning process work for clients who aren’t in Paris?

It starts with a complimentary call to see whether we are the right fit. From there, planning runs on scheduled calls around your time zone, and for each significant decision you get our recommendation, the expected cost and the reason before you approve it. Some couples never visit before the day; most come once, and we organize that visit so it covers the venue, the tastings, the beauty trial and the people you will work with. The stage-by-stage process is on the wedding planner page and the proposal planner page.

How far in advance should we start planning?

Weddings: about a year. Three months has been done; two years is for a specific date at a specific venue. Elopements: three to six months, longer for a private venue in peak season. Proposals: one to three months, which is enough to personalize the concept and secure the photographer you want. Peak season is April to October and the winter holidays, and the most sought-after venues and vendors are booked first.

What do your services cost?

Proposals: full-service planning from €5,000 in total, with our planning fee the greater of €1,200 or 15% of the budget we manage. Elopements: from €7,500 in total, with a planning fee the greater of €1,800 or 15%. Weddings: quoted per wedding, on scope, complexity and the team required. Proposal packages, elopement packages and photography sessions have their own pages with their own prices ◆. Every quote sets out our role, fee, inclusions and the handling of third-party costs before you commit.

Can you help us find venues and vendors?

Yes; that is most of the job. Several of the spaces we use, including private terraces and salons, do not take bookings from individuals, and the châteaux and palace hotels we work with fill a year ahead. The photographers, florists, musicians and caterers we bring in have worked with us before, at these venues, and we tell you when it is time to decide because the best of them book fast. What clients say about the results is on our reviews page and on Google, where more than 650 of them have rated Kiss Me in Paris 4.9 out of 5.
